Terms and conditions
1. Scope of Application
These Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts concluded between FRD Ecommerce FZCO (hereinafter referred to as “Provider”) and users (hereinafter “Customer”) regarding the purchase and use of digital educational content offered via the Provider’s website.

3. Subject of the Contract
The Provider offers an online video course designed to help physiotherapists from around the world understand the legal and administrative requirements to work as a physiotherapist in Germany. The course includes video lessons, downloadable templates, and checklists. Upon successful payment, access is granted automatically via the Memberspot platform. The course is accessible indefinitely.
4. Conclusion of Contract
By completing the purchase process and submitting the payment, the Customer enters into a binding contract with the Provider. Access to the digital content is granted automatically after successful payment.
5. Prices and Payment Terms
All prices are displayed in the local currency of the Customer where technically possible. The final amount and currency will be shown clearly during the checkout process.
Payment is made using the available payment methods provided during checkout.
Access to the digital content is granted automatically upon receipt of payment.
6. Right of Withdrawal
Due to the nature of digital content and the immediate granting of access after purchase, the Customer expressly agrees that the right of withdrawal shall expire once access to the course is provided. Refunds are not offered after the purchase is completed.
By completing the purchase, the Customer agrees to waive any right to a refund or withdrawal once access to the content is granted.
This is in accordance with consumer protection principles applicable in the United Arab Emirates.
7. Usage Rights
The course materials are intended solely for the personal use of the Customer.
Sharing, reselling, distributing, or publishing the content – in whole or in part – is strictly prohibited.
Any violation may lead to legal consequences and the immediate revocation of access rights without refund.
8. Technical Requirements
To access and use the course materials, the Customer must have an internet-enabled device such as a computer, smartphone, or tablet with a stable internet connection.
9. Liability and Disclaimer
The Provider assumes no liability for the correctness, completeness, or timeliness of the content.
No legal or visa-related guarantees or success promises are made. The course offers informational content only.
The Provider is not responsible for technical interruptions or access issues on the Memberspot platform.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Jurisdiction for all disputes shall be the competent courts in Dubai.
11. Final Provisions
If individual provisions of these Terms are or become invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
The Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. The version valid at the time of conclusion of the contract shall apply.
